Mad World

Sorry folks, I been slack. Busy week was busy! For now here's a quick post of something a bit different than my normal kinda stuff, but I just heard this remix earlier and I was thinking about Donnie Darko only the other day.

Gary Jules - Mad World (Temporal Remix)

Tune of the week and a bonus

I'm highlighting a second Romano Gemini mashup this week. This one is a massive beast of funky beat rolling seriousness. I love Bobby C and Tina Turner is the boss lady, so to be fair, it was always on to a winner. ;) I shall also award this my tune of the week.

Ready Steady Can´t Stand The Rain - Tina Turner vs. Bobby C Sound TV vs. Rayko (R. Gemini Mashup)

And for a bonus, here's a second mashup, this one from the mighty Jimi Needles.

Dre vs Fugees - Episode or Not (Jimi Needles Rewind)

New track from Bodhi...

...and it's proper class. I must own this.

Deliquesce

Funk from France

Loving this track from Caroline Lacaze. Quality vocals, dirty guitar riff and big-in-your-face funky drums. Single was out on vinyl December 2012, full album due for release early this year. One to watch this.

L’Étrange

Mashup

Romano Gemini is a mashup hero. Check out this page for over 2 hours of different and entertaining mashups. Not the usual mainstream zzzzzzzzzz. Example tune below ;)

Twingly

Fukuyama with a new funky house track... It has twingly™ bits. And it's a free download too.

At the Foot of Koumoriyama

Can you handle it?

Liked this tune from Casino Times for ages, but only got round to nabbing it last night. I particularly like this kind of house. Great track this.
